Who operates the service

Workspace access
Use an authorised account and keep passwords and password reset links private. Company administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access, removing access when no longer needed and checking information entered by their team.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for unlawful messaging, impersonation, scraping, malicious uploads, access to another company’s data or attempts to disrupt the service. Upload only information and artwork you have permission to use.
Your data and content
You retain your rights to your uploaded content. You authorise its processing to provide the requested service. Companies are responsible for their visitor notices, lawful collection, accuracy, messaging permissions and handling of individual rights requests. Public contact pages and shared pass links should contain only information intended for that audience.
Plans and third-party services
Published plan prices are in INR and exclude applicable taxes. SMS, WhatsApp, email delivery and third-party charges are separate. Plan availability and charges are confirmed before activation. Requesting a demo or submitting an enquiry does not create a paid subscription. Billing cycles, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions must be agreed before payment.
Review before publishing
Check QR destinations, event details, badges, invitations, contact records and exports before using them. Text recognition can make mistakes. Export templates may need adjustment for the destination CRM.
Service availability and support
Service availability depends on the deployment and external providers. Any service-level commitment must be agreed separately. Report issues through the contact page. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or protect the service, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Ending use and portability
Contact support to discuss cancellation, account closure and data export before access ends. Retention and deletion are governed by the agreed arrangements and applicable law; do not assume all copies are immediately removed from backups.
Privacy and further terms
Read the privacy notice and cookie notice. The final customer agreement must establish the legal terms for liability, governing law and dispute resolution. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
